Dr. Camilo R. Gomez is a board-certified vascular, critical care, and interventional neurologist with over 45 years of experience in medicine. A pioneer in the development of modern stroke treatment, he has shaped the clinical and operational standards that define neurovascular care today.
A gifted educator, Dr. Gomez has served on the faculty at four major U.S. medical schools, mentoring generations of students, residents, and fellows. He is a sought-after consultant and keynote speaker, known for his ability to bridge clinical insight, operational strategy, and systems improvement with clarity and vision.
An award-winning and best-selling author, Dr. Gomez has published numerous books and contributed to multiple scientific publications and book chapters.
